For the past 16 years, Patti has partnered with organizational leaders to achieve powerful and sustainable results through their people. As founder of PDV Consulting, she found professional success offering services in change management, organizational design, team management and executive coaching to a wide range of industries in Fortune 500 companies, such as McKesson, Gap Inc., PG&E, Adidas, Genentech, and Charles Schwab. Patti has now merged PDV Consulting with ChangeCast.

Patti earned her MS in Organizational Development during the early ‘90’s just when corporations began looking in earnest for tools and methodologies for coping with the ever-present cycle of change. The underpinning of Patti’s professional success is her belief that no problem is insurmountable if approached with trust, boldness, personal accountability and compassion. Her practice centers on instilling commitment and courage to make change a reality for her clients.

My personal and professional lives have been defined by change since I was a very young woman. I continue to be passionate about the power of change and the ability of every organization to transform with the right leadership and commitment to their people. By merging my consulting practice with ChangeCast I have again embraced the power of change on a professional and personal level. The diverse backgrounds and blend of talents within ChangeCast excites me to continue to innovate in the field of Change Management, while continuing to support organizations and leaders in the tried-and-true ways that I have developed and practiced over many years.

Donna McDonald has senior-level marketing and management experience at companies that include Time Inc, Bertelsmann, and Providian Financial. She was also an early-stage VP at Women.com, a start-up that grew from 30 people to over 500 in four years. There she built businesses and led teams through rapid change and growth. Donna is known for her blue-sky strategic thinking, her talent for intuiting human behavior and her ability to inspire people and companies to take leaps.

In 2004, Donna took a leap of her own. She started her own interior design practice and began working with her family to re-energize their 40-year old wine and liquor business. This unexpected career turn has given her first-hand experience in launching a small business while leading the transition of a family-owned business.

Donna earned her MBA from Columbia University in New York and her BA from Tufts University. She recently expanded her education and training at Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA.

Traveling down my career path, I had to adapt to new cities and new companies (including a start up), launch new products and grow new departments. I experienced firsthand the struggles of change and learned how to use its power to transform an array of businesses as well as my own life. Change offers an extraordinary opportunity for invigorating, inventing (or re-inventing) a business – as well its people. I see all the changes that companies and people are facing in our fast-morphing world and I am excited to help them use these changes to their benefit.

Susan spent 18 years in marketing and advertising, where she was recognized for her strategic thinking, her strong leadership skills, and for developing breakthrough programs for clients and consumer brands. But her true, driving passion has always been developing people and teams.

Susan began her career in corporate finance, but her interest in consumer psychology led her to advertising. In her 14 years at Leo Burnett, she worked on world-class accounts such as Procter & Gamble, Hallmark, and Gap Inc., becoming Executive Vice President and Co-Leader of Account Management. Advertising Age named her a “Woman to Watch” in 2003. She then moved to Old Navy in San Francisco as Executive Vice President and Head of Marketing.

Susan left her position at the end of 2006 to re-focus her career on supporting people and organizations in their growth and development. In addition to her work at ChangeCast, she is now an ordained Interfaith Chaplain and spiritual teacher. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Chaplaincy Institute, the interfaith seminary where she was ordained in 2009. Susan received her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and her BA from Dartmouth College.

I’ve experienced extensive—even radical—changes throughout both my professional and personal lives. Working for nearly two decades in the fast-paced worlds of advertising and retail marketing infused me with an understanding of both the power and necessity of change. And while I embrace change as a source of tremendous vitality and potential regeneration, I also know that, if not managed well, it can be counterproductive…and even destructive.
